Cathey Edwards serves as the Executive Director of the Faith In Action Silicon Valley Rotating Shelter on a volunteer basis.  Paradigm Counsel’s partners, both as a firm and individually, provide financial support to Faith In Action Silicon Valley Rotating Shelter.

Faith In Action Silicon Valley Rotating Shelter collaborates with a coalition of congregations throughout Silicon Valley to provide a case-managed, supervised, shelter program that is housed at local churches, synagogues and temples. Meals, supplies and most services are donated by the community. Silicon Valley Rotating Shelter re-opened the shelter in March 2012 and sheltered over 60 men in 2012. Of those, Faith In Action Silicon Valley Rotating Shelter has been able to move 25 employed men into permanent housing.

In honor of one of Paradigm Counsel’s founding attorneys that passed away, Michele Moskalik, Paradigm Counsel supports the Stanford Blood Center in its blood drives. Michele deeply valued those that donated blood throughout the course of her cancer treatment.
