Paradigm Counsel was founded in 2008 by attorneys with over 20 years’ experience providing legal services to emerging growth and technology companies in Silicon Valley. Paradigm sprang from the conviction of its founders that the traditional law firm model of ever increasing rates, unchecked growth, large conflict shadows, and “revolving door” attorney turnover severely limited the ability of larger law firms to focus on the client and to deliver tightly integrated, team-centered, responsive, and cost effective legal services.
