Christina represents technology and high-growth companies across all stages of the corporate and investment life cycle. She regularly advises on incorporation and formation matters, venture capital financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Christina partners with innovative clients across diverse industries, including life sciences, media, software and fintech. Notable experience includes representing public corporations, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide range of U.S. and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina was an associate at Cooley LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
Christina earned her B.A. from the University of British Columbia and her J.D. from Cornell Law School. During law school, Christina represented students in Title IX proceedings as the Lead Complainants’ Codes Counselor for Cornell University and won the Francis P. Cuccia Family Moot Court Competition.
