Jenelle Cox

Jenelle Cox has over 20 years of legal experience as an attorney representing both private and public companies across a range of corporate matters. Prior to joining Paradigm Counsel, Jenelle spent 14 years as an attorney in the Corporate and Securities Group at DLA Piper.

Jenelle has extensive experience assisting private companies on their formation, corporate governance, equity financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Jenelle earned her B.A. degree from Truman State University (formerly Northeast Missouri State University), and her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1998.

Jenelle enjoys her family, and spends what seems like nearly all of her free time at her son and daughter’s games, concerts, plays, tournaments, meetings and schools. She once was (and may yet again be) a respectable accordion player, and proudly hails from Nebraska.
