Jennifer Han has over six years of legal experience representing private companies on a wide array of tax and corporate matters. Prior to joining Paradigm Counsel, Jennifer practiced as a senior associate in the Tax group and associate in the Corporate and Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions groups at Royse Law Firm, PC.
Jennifer’s practice focuses on advising and representing emerging growth to mid-market companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters including: entity formation, private equity financings, general corporate governance, securities compliance, corporate reorganizations, other strategic transactions and related tax matters.
Jennifer earned her B.A. degree in Organizational Sociology from University of California, Davis, her J.D. degree and Business Certificate of Concentration from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from University of San Francisco School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in California.
Jennifer enjoys cooking (and eating) all types of cuisines and is an avid San Jose Sharks fan. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, abalone diving, admiring classic cars, using power tools and running around Home Depot.
